I am the Past President of the National Association of Estate Agents, NAEA Propertymark, a fellow of the NAEA, and have worked in Estate Agency for 45 years selling a wide variety of homes in Sutton Coldfield, Staffordshire, North Birmingham and North Warwickshire.
Prior to the start of my year as President of NAEA Propertymark, commencing summer of 2018, I was a director of Paul Carr Estate Agents for 22 years, a company that over that time became the largest independent Estate Agency in the West Midlands. In 2003 I created and ran the company’s Exclusive and Rural Homes Department and spent the next 15 years acting in the sale of upmarket homes in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Walsall and rural homes including cottages, farmhouses, barn conversions, equestrian properties, halls etc in Staffordshire and North Warwickshire.
I now run my own business as a Property consultant and, due to requests and enquiries from friends, past clients, solicitors, planning specialists, developers, financial advisors and accountants, I added a full estate agency service – powered by eXp UK, to the services provided by my Company in early 2020.
I always aim to provide the very best advice and a personal and individual service. Listening carefully to each client’s requirements and setting out a plan with them to make sure that their property sale/property move is successful. I work with them from the first day they decide to sell their property to the day the removal van arrives and they move to their next home. I am also always happy, and regularly asked, to provide advice and guidance on my clients next property purchase.
